DEKA STRONG & DEKA MILE: CrossFit Central

DEKA Summer series will be a 3 part competition inside the DEKA Competition. CrossFit Central will have a podium for the top 3 male and female athletes that compete at all three events over the summer and 1st place male and 1st place female will be awarded the DEKA King and DEKA Queen of the summer series! Events are June 6th, July 11th and Aug 15th.
