Ground Shipping - Please allow up to one business day for order processing and 3-5 business days for delivery. Ground delivery ships vis UPS Ground Service.
2 Day Air Shipping - Please allow up to one business day for order processing and 2 business days for delivery. 2 Day Air Delivery ships via UPS 2 Day Air Service.
Next Day Air Shipping - Please allow up to one business day for order processing and 1 business day for delivery. Next Day Air Delivery ships via UPS Next Day Air Service
Power Systems and Equipment Shipping - Power Systems products are only available to be shipped within the continental United States only (no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico). A shipping fee based on the weight of the item will be automatically applied at checkout.

Standard International Shipping - Shipping cost varies by destination. Average delivery time is 7-21 business days, however delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office, so it's possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. Standard International Delivery ships via DHL Smart Packet Plus. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the DHL international network with the fulfillment power of Tigers Logistics.
DHL Globalmail Packet Plus picks up your order from our warehouse, sorts it, applies the necessary postage, and handles the order until it reaches your country. Once the order arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local post office for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. Often the final delivery is made by your national postal service, not DHL. The customs and post office may require the package to be picked up.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We'll gladly accept returns and exchanges for any merchandise purchased from the SPARTAN Race, Inc. online store that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag, original packaging, and receipt or packing slip within 45 days of purchase. Items may be returned for a full refund.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If an exchange is due to a shipping error or product defect caused by Spartan Race, Inc. then the cost to ship a replacement item will be covered by Spartan Race, Inc.
