2026 London West DEKA Trifecta Weekend

DEKA lands in London for the first time, bringing a full-scale weekend of racing to one of the UK’s largest purpose-built event spaces.

This is the UK's first DEKA Trifecta weekend. STRONG, MILE, and FIT all on the schedule, alongside Ultra and Ruck waves.

Across the weekend, athletes from the UK and Europe will take on every format. From first marks to full Trifectas. From Ruck to Ultra. Every race counts.

Ten functional fitness zones. A standardised test of performance, repeated across STRONG, MILE, and FIT.

Set within a single, open-plan venue, the course layout is clear, consistent, and built to mirror the format seen at the DEKA World Championship. No split spaces. No disruption. Just a clean, repeatable test from start to finish. For athletes aiming to qualify for the DEKA World Championship 2027, this is a chance to race in conditions that reflect exactly what’s to come.

Choose your challenge. Race Elite or Age Group on the same course, with the same standards, at your level of competition.

Take on DEKA as a team and divide the work your way, or step into Ruck and carry a weighted pack across the course. For those looking for the full endurance test, Ultra pushes the format further with five complete laps of the course.

The DEKA FIT Challenge

10 Zones of Functional Excellence.

Every DEKA FIT competitor will complete the following sequence. Each zone is preceded by a 500m run, totalling 5km of running across the entire course.

What’s the difference between the distances?

DEKA STRONG
No running. All 10 zones completed back-to-back. Pure functional strength and work capacity.

DEKA MILE
160m of running before each zone, totalling one mile. Faster transitions, higher intensity, same full-body demand.

DEKA FIT
500m of running before each zone, totalling 5km. The complete test of strength, endurance, and pacing.

DEKA RUCK
Take on the DEKA course with a weighted rucksack carried throughout. Same zones, same runs, with the added demand of load from start to finish.

DEKA ULTRA
Five full laps of the DEKA FIT course. 50 zones. Approximately 25km of running. A true endurance test with a designated pit stop for support between laps.
