Tarnów Spartan SPRINT / SUPER / HH / KIDS 2026

In 2026, Spartan will arrive in an entirely new location – the warmest spot in Poland, Tarnów! On March 28, a truly unique event awaits you, combining the energy of the city, the beauty of nature, and the spirit of history. Participants can take on the Super distance – 10 km and 25 obstacles, the Sprint – 5 km and 20 obstacles, and, of course, Spartan Kids for our youngest warriors. Tarnów is a city with extraordinary character – warm, sunny, and full of energy, surrounded by gentle hills and picturesque landscapes. The course will lead you through charming parts of the city, over rolling terrain, and past the ruins of ancient castles, adding a special atmosphere to every step. Expect sweat, mud, hills, city streets, and history – everything that makes Spartan more than just a race. Tarnów will become the next arena for Spartans ready to face any challenge.
