The season roared to life in Australia. Athletes tackled a stunning course defined by dense forests, technical creek crossings, and grueling rolling hills.
While the atmosphere was electric, the day belonged to Joanna Hepton. Joanna didn't just win the women's race; she rewrote the script for the entire event. Crossing the finish line with a blistering time of 51:58, she achieved a milestone in Elite racing—beating the fastest men on the course by a significant margin.

Spartan Saitama Chichibu | Japan National Series (Sprint)
In Japan, the atmosphere was electric. Set in an open public park, the flat and fast course allowed for blistering speeds and high visibility for the crowds of spectators.

Spartan Jacksonville | US South National Series (Super)
The US South National Series kicked off with a "wild" twist. Located just 30 minutes from downtown Jacksonville, Spartans sprinted past exotic locals including bison, antelope, and horses.

March: The Month of Extremes
Spartan Shenzhen | China National Series (Super)
China officially joined the hunt in March, with Shenzhen hosting a high-octane Super that served as the inaugural stop for the China National Series.
Men’s Top 3: Davide Liu (47:01), 昌询 文 (47:07), 健辉 何 (47:46).
Women’s Top 3: Fuli Xu (55:22), 红英 黄 (58:58), Honoka Jinzai (01:00:59).
Spartan Valmorel | France National Series (Super)
Valmorel delivered a "Weekend of Contrasts." Saturday saw 650 participants take on the Beast under gorgeous spring sunshine. However, Sunday’s France National Series Super was a different beast entirely. A massive snowstorm hit just as the Elite heat started, turning the alpine course into a frozen battlefield.

Spartan Palm Beaches | US South National Series (Sprint)
Back in Florida, the pace shifted from snow to "Paradise." Known as a runner’s paradise, Boca Raton offered one of the flattest and fastest schedules on the circuit—provided you could survive the back-to-back obstacle gauntlets.
Key Momentum: Brent Trail secured 2nd place to confirm his series lead, while Adam Beach took the win (0:25:30). Katherine Hansen led the women (0:37:47), with Petra Costa clinching another podium spot.

Spartan Santa Domenica | Adriatic Series (Super)
The month concluded in Croatia with a "Raw and Unpredictable" challenge. A massive storm turned the course near Zagreb into a mud-slicked arena of rain and snow. The sandbag carry, in particular, became a legendary test of will.
Men: Miloš Rajičević took gold (57:59). 2nd place: Espen Berget (58:36), 3rd place: Joseph Drbohlav (58:48).
Women: Slovakian powerhouse Eszter Hortobágyiová showed her World Championship pedigree, taking 1st in 01:08:24. 2nd place: Claudia Bongiovanni (01:10:29), 3rd place: Blanka Adamova (01:10:47).
