Early Morning: Joe Admits He's Tired, for a Change

Spartan founder and CEO Joe De Sena has now brought us 20 straight days of workouts on Facebook, and he's currently busting out four workouts daily as well as consistent mountain climbs in his native Vermont. Moral of the story: Joe is pretty tired. (We love when he actually admits it.) He's persevering, in the Spartan mold, to talk about the power of positivity, and what to do if you're not naturally positive by nature. Plus, weighted burpees and stretches for flexibility and mobility.

Mid-Morning Training: Spartan Fire HIIT Workout

Today's workout, the Spartan Fire HIIT Workout, is brought to you by Spartan pro Ally Tippetts. This 15-minute at-home workout consists of the following five exercises: walkout push-ups, jumping lunges, Spider-Man push-ups, plank climbers, and Russian twists. Do three rounds of 1 minute each.

Afternoon: Training Your Kids to Be Olympians

Three-time NCAA All-American wrestler and 2008 Olympian Andy Hrovat is back to lead Day 10 of Spartan Kids B.A.S.E. (battle, athletic, skill, exercise) Camp alongside his co-trainers, Jack and Alex. These workouts will make your kids better, stronger, more flexible, and more mobile.
