Warm-up

  • Jog 5 minutes
  • 3 x 30 seconds dead hang

Main Set:

  • Run 2 minutes
  • 1-2 minutes Farmer's Carry with Pancake
  • Rest 1 minute
  • Run 2 minutes
  • 1-2 minutes dead hang
  • Rest 1 minute
  • Repeat 3-10 times

Cool Down:

  • Stretch
