Morning: Wake Up With Some Burpees
Live from the farm in Vermont, where it all started for the company, Spartan founder and CEO Joe De Sena began the morning by explaining the Unbreakable Challenge, which we're urging you to partake in. Joe also provides three new exercises for your arsenal.
Mid-Morning: At-Home Training With a Spartan Pro
Spartan pro Timmie Brann welcomed us into her Long Beach, Calif. home for an 18-minute full-body at-home workout. The workout is comprised of two circuits, each nine minutes EMOM (every minute on the minute), and features five exercises: burpees, criss-cross squats, lunge hops, squat hops, and hand-release push-ups.
Afternoon: Train Your Kids to Be Olympians
Welcome to the first of many live Spartan kids workouts. Joe turned it over to Andy Hrovat, a three-time NCAA All-American wrestler and Olympian, for a workout geared at strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and movement. Every day at 3:00 p.m. ET, Hrovat will be leading a new kids workout. Tune in on Spartan's Facebook page.
