The Easiest Paths to a Spartan Trifecta in Every Part of the U.S.
Every Spartan strives to get the coveted Trifecta medal, the most elusive and most respected medal in obstacle course racing. But even more importantly, when you secure your Trifecta, you become part of something bigger. You're a member of the Trifecta Tribe for life, and that's a powerful bond that stays with you forever.
To refresh your memory, or if you're new to racing, here's a quick primer on Trifectas. In order to earn a Trifecta, you must complete a Sprint (or Stadion), Super, and Beast (or Ultra) over the course of a calendar year. After finishing each of these races, you will earn your finishing medal and a magnetic Trifecta wedge. After completing your third race in the Trifecta quest, you'll take all three wedges and snap them together, creating the ultimate prize: the Trifecta medal.

These are not the only ways to secure Trifectas — the opportunities to do are endless — but we recommend that you choose one of these quality options when mapping out your 2023 race schedule.

The Best Trifecta Options for the Northeast
Northeast Trifecta Option 1:
1) Complete the Super in Vernon, New Jersey on April 29th.

Northeast Trifecta Option 2:
