2024 Florida DEKA FIT

World Equestrian Center – Ocala offers a rare combination of class and capacity. The largest equestrian complex in the United States is a world-class, multi-indoor and outdoor arena facility offering state-of-the-art amenities to accommodate numerous disciplines within the equine industry and more! The Equestrian Hotel, a stately, 248-room hotel features stylishly appointed rooms and suites with stunning views of the property in addition to luxury shopping, unique dining, a state-of-the art fitness center, resort spa and salon and zero-entry pool.

The DEKA FIT Florida weekend features two days of epic DEKA competition.

DAY 1: SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7th - DEKA FIT

• Age Group Heat: eligible for Age Group podium recognition and award
• Elite Heat: eligible for prizing
• Ruck: any ruck or backpack – Male 30lb & Female 20lb – a limited number of loaner packs will be available on-site. Eligible for prizes from Titan 6 Actual. * Weight vests and plate carriers are not allowed.
• Teams: Elite & Age Group Teams of all levels divide and conquer the DEKA FIT Arena in 2-Person Teams (Female, Male, & Co-Ed). Eligible for podium recognition.

DAY 2: SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 8th - DEKA FIT & DEKA FIT Ultra!

• Age Group Heat: DEKA World Championship qualifier but no podiums
• Age Group Teams: Age Group Teams of all levels divide and conquer the DEKA FIT Arena in 2-Person Teams (Female, Male, & Co-Ed). DEKA World Championship qualifier but no podiums
• Ultra Age Group Heat: awesome buckle, no podiums.
• Ultra Pit Crew: pass for a 2 person pit crew.

Bring your friends and family to cheer you on!
Register your spectators for access to the festival and spectator-only viewing areas; kids 13 and under do not need a spectator pass.

ATHLETE JUDGE PROGRAM
DEKA is truly a fitness movement we all created together. To ensure a professionally judged racing experience for all athletes, we are launching the DEKA Athlete Judge Program at all DEKA FIT events.

How it works:
During the weeks leading up to your race, all registered athletes will receive an email with the DEKA FIT Florida Athlete Judge Sign-up Form to select their preferred Athlete Judge time. * You can also submit the Athlete Judge Sign-up Form before you receive the email.

Within 1 hour of finishing your race (or anytime before your race), make your way to the Athlete Judge check-in area at Zone 1 to begin your 60 minute volunteer judging time.
