Always take the stairs. Always. All day, everyday.

Warm Up

  • Dynamic Warm-up
  • 10 minute run or jump rope

Main Set

For 20 minutes:

  • Run up stairs (longest flight you can find)
  • Walk down the stairs

Cool Down

  • Stretch
