Morning: 31 Movements on Day 31
Wake up, Spartans! In honor of this being Day 31, Spartan founder and CEO Joe De Sena is doing 31 movements to "get your life back on track." Joe also reminds us that CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Plus, Joe's kids make special cameo appearances and provide a bit of insight into what daily life with Joe entails. (Hint: There is limited sleeping in.)
Afternoon: Backyard (or Living Room) Workout
SGX coach and all-around ball of energy Yancy Culp is back with an at-home workout that you can do in your backyard (or living room). No weights needed (though it does require some creativity). As Yancy proudly proclaims, "If you can walk and breathe, you can do this workout!" No excuses.
