Returns & Exchanges Policy

We'll gladly accept returns and exchanges for any merchandise purchased from the SPARTAN Race, Inc. online store that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag, original packaging, and receipt or packing slip within 60 days of purchase (this has been extended due to COVID-19). Items may be returned for a full refund.

We have recently collaborated with Power Systems, who have created an online platform to sell their products in our online store. They have requested they cover any support of their products and orders. Returns & Exchanges for Power System products can be made here 

TrueForm return policy allows you to send back your purchase within 30 days of the date you receive the delivery for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping and handling and any return shipping fees. You can contact TrueForm Customer Service at run@livetrueform.com
 

Broken or Damaged Merchandise

If an exchange is due to a shipping error or product defect caused by Spartan Race, Inc. then the cost to ship a replacement item will be covered by Spartan Race, Inc. Certain products may have different policies or requirements associated with them or if you are unsure something is a defect you can reach out to customer service at shop@spartan.com to confirm.

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
