Mid-Morning: 20-Minute Bodyweight Workout
Luka Hocevar, the founder and owner of Vigor Ground Fitness in Seattle, presents a 20-minute bodyweight workout comprised of four phases. The first is the warm-up, followed by two density sets and an interval (20 seconds on, 40 seconds off). Follow the full instructions in the caption and mimic Luka's moves in the video.
