If you don't take time to absorb your gains you are on direct course for burnout. This is why we always take two days a week to recover and focus on our overall well-being and mental health.
This doesn't mean to vegetate in front of the television. This means you take the same energy and enthusiasm you have for exercising and applying it to healing and intellectual growth.
