A smoothie is a place for spice and everything nice, including turmeric. This pumpkin pear turmeric smoothie will satisfy your sweet tooth with wholesome and pure ingredients.

Pumpkin Pear Turmeric Smoothie


  • 1 ripe pear, cored and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup ice cubes


  1. Blend all ingredients together for 60 seconds. Add additional milk until you reach desired consistency.

Looking for more protein? Add your choice of 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or Powerful Vanilla Bean Greek yogurt. Add additional milk until you reach your desired consistency.
