Morning: Joe De Sena's Networking Dos and Don'ts
Wake up, Spartans! As passionate as he is about fitness and exercise, Spartan founder and CEO Joe De Sena might be even more passionate about business and entrepreneurship. He offers his official dos and don'ts of networking, and welcomes Spartan Director of Training Sam Stauffer into his home for flexibility and mobility stretches, five rounds of burpees, and five rounds of military push-ups. Afternoon: An Upper-Body Towel Workout
Spartan pro, kinesiologist, and running biomechanics specialist Samuel Hébert welcomes us into his home for an upper-body towel workout. That's right — all you need is your body and a towel. It's highly efficient not only because it's quick and effective, but also because you can clean your house while getting ripped.
