Morning: Find Your 'Why'

Afternoon: A 10-Minute AMRAP Workout
Spartan pro Faye Morgan welcomed us into her garage in Temecula, California — she ran her first Spartan race in Temecula in 2011, and now calls the beautiful city home — for a 10-minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workout. It consists of 15 burpee pops, 15 scissors (over an object), 15 star jumps, 15 elbow plank hip openers, and 15 halos.
The Final Unbreakable Challenge: Hang Tough
