Warmup

  • 75 jumping jacks
  • Jog 1 mile
  • Dynamic warm-up

Main Set

  • 20 burpees
  • 1-mile run
  • 1-minute hollow hold
  • 10 hanging leg raises
  • 1-minute plank

Cool Down

  • Stretch

Beginner Version: Perform the main set x2

Advanced Version: Perform the workout interval x6, and then finish with a 2- to 4-mile run.
