Low Carb Leftover Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients (Makes 1-2 servings)

  • 1 cup leftover cooked turkey, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt (we recommend Powerful Greek Yogurt)
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves


  1. Mix all ingredients except lettuce in a bowl.
  2. Use lettuce leaves like a taco shell, filling each with your turkey mix.

Pro Tips: Optional nutrition boosters include avocado, chopped pistachios, chia seeds, or black beans
