Turkey Leftover Wraps

Low Carb Leftover Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients (Makes 1-2 servings)
- 1 cup leftover cooked turkey, chopped
- 4 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt (we recommend Powerful Greek Yogurt)
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- Pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper to taste
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except lettuce in a bowl.
- Use lettuce leaves like a taco shell, filling each with your turkey mix.
