Do you have an autoimmune disorder? Do you want to feel more clearheaded? Do you strive to achieve ultimate hydration?
Then you should drink 16 ounces of homemade celery juice on an empty stomach every day.
Through improper nutrition, prescription drugs, stress, and toxins, it's possible to have low levels of hydrochloric acid in your stomach. Bile production can also be compromised. Without these two natural chemicals helping to digest our food, it putrefies in the gut, causing a myriad of problems.
Your skin is affected by your digestion. I used to have terrible breakouts, and being a health coach, it was so frustrating to have my own health problem on my face for all to see. The only way I turned it around was by eliminating dairy and eggs and adding celery juice to my health regimen every morning.
There is something special about homemade celery juice and its sodium cluster salts, which are a unique compound found only in this beverage. Drinking celery juice is clearly not a magic bullet for any one ailment, but there are some natural benefits.
The Benefits of Celery Juice and Its Sodium Cluster Salts
1. Detox Your System
These salts detox your body of heavy metals, viruses, and bacteria.
2. May Assist in Weight Loss
Drinking celery juice may also help you lose weight by clearing away some of the burden of these toxins on your organs.
3. Get Rehydrated
It is one of the best hydrating tonics you can find, and it’s rich in electrolytes like calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and the sodium cluster salts that I previously mentioned, which clear out unhealthy sodium from processed foods. It is also high in vitamins A, K, and folate.
4. A Natural Energy Boost
Celery juice will give you more energy. Many feel that the natural high they get from celery juice creates clearer thinking, and even helps them reduce or eliminate caffeine.

How to Make Celery Juice at Home
How should you do it? Use one large bunch of (organic, if possible) celery or a full package of celery hearts. Don’t add water or other vegetables/herbs/spices. Drink it on an empty stomach. You may have water before it, but then wait 15 minutes to clear the intestinal path before drinking your celery juice. Use any kind of juicer. (Masticating juicers are best for this, but whichever juicer you have will do.) You can also try blending it with no water and then straining it, but a juicer is optimal.
If you’re curious about this, try it out. Give it a few weeks. As a health coach, I’ve seen firsthand the benefits that my clients have gotten from incorporating celery juice into their morning routines.
