Today, we are developing power. Perform each movement with purpose and maximum effort. Jump high and crawl low.
Stretch and foam roll
Burpees 2 x 30
Walking Lunges 2 x 15 each leg
Main Set: Supersets
A1. Single Leg Reach x 10 seconds (each leg)
A2. Box Jump x 5
A3. Plank x 30 seconds to 1 minute
Rest 1 minute and repeat 3 to 5x, then move to the exercises below.
B1. Single leg push-up x 6 to 8 reps each leg (Advanced: Elevate your feet on a bench or box)
B2. Pull Up x 5+
B3. Hanging Leg Raises x 6 to 10 reps
Rest 1 minute and repeat 3 to 5x
Beginner Version: Increase rest periods. Perform only 3 sets each.
Advanced Version: Decrease rest periods. Perform 5 sets each.
