Afternoon: 25 Blissful Minutes of Tabata
Kyle Flynn of The Blueprint LA in Southern California is back with a 25-minute full-body Tabata workout. It begins with a warm-up (25 seconds on, 10 seconds off), a speed station (20 seconds per exercise, 20 seconds off between rounds), and a cardio circuit (25 seconds on, 10 seconds off). Kyle takes you through every move in the video below.
