Each Resistance Tube comes in one of six resistance levels (4 lbs to 31 lbs), with a patent-pending double tube design for total durability. The PVC handles provide a comfortable grip, while the 48” of flexible tubing stretch with every type of movement. Once you’re finished, the lightweight Resistance Tubes pack easily for transport.
