The return/exchange for a different size process was super simple and quick!
For having to pay extra for free returns I would have expected a better service. After creating the return the clock starts ticking on 7 days to return the item but the company has to review the return request before a shipping label is issued. When it was all said and done I was issued a shipping label the day I was required to send the item back. It is already strange I have to pay to send back an item that came in broken, to then add having to show proof that it’s broken, waiting for someone to accept my proof and then having to rush to send the item back because the return period is so short (7 days) and the count of days starts not when the return is approved but rather the moment I initiate it.
Too expensive for a trail run
Very difficult to figure out how to eliminate surcharge when you order. Let me decide if I want the protection, don't force it on me. I made a very small purchase with it being very unlikely I would return it, they were the small triangles for my Delta. If the order never arrived, or was damaged, I would expect the company to replace them, not force me to pay for their screwup. And if I decide to return an item that wasn't damaged, THEN charge me. Don't charge me just because I might have to. I feel like I had someone trying to contact me about my car's warranty, and they charged me, even though I didn't want it.
