Lentil Berry Smoothie

Drink your lentils. Yes, you read that right. Learn how.


  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (we recommend Powerful Greek Yogurt)
  • ⅛ cup cooked lentils (split lentils work best and add nutrition and smooth consistency)
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ⅛ tsp turmeric
  • ½ cup water, milk, or cold tea as liquid


  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender for 60 seconds
