Starting at 7:00am, waves of 10 racers will be released every minute. You will receive an email approximately one week before the race with your race times. Make a note of this time as it tells you what heat you are running in on race day. YOUR exact start time in the group you registered for will be posted under the Race Day tab a few days prior to the events date.
Plan to arrive 1.5 hours BEFORE your designated start time to allow enough time to pick up your packet, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. If you are one of those chronically late people, tell yourself you need to be there 2 hours early. If you’re an early bird, registration opens at 6:30am on Sunday morning.
WAIVERS AND IDs
All racers, spectators, and volunteers MUST sign a waiver (above) and show a valid photo ID upon arrival. Be sure to bring a copy of your signed waiver and hand it to one of our awesome volunteers in the registration tent. We try to have copies of waivers available, but save yourself some time, print it here and bring it with you on race day. We cannot release bibs without a signed waiver for each participant.
BIB PACKET PICKUP
There will be bib packet pickup during the weekdays of the event and race day. Location is TBD. Bib numbers are available the week of the race & will be posted under the Race Day tab a few days prior to the events date. Your bib packet includes your headband, bib and timing chip.
WHAT TO BRING
Along with your ID, waiver, parking cash and knowing your bib #, bring your friends and family - or anyone else who needs proof of your badassness and obstacle course skills or someone who needs a demonstration of your mud flinging abilities. Don't forget your money for parking and fun! You should probably bring a towel and some extra clothes because your clothes will get muddy and wet, but you probably already guessed this.
NOTE: Outside food and drink WILL NOT be allowed into the venue, so make sure to leave it at home or in your car! Same with pets, no pets please.
Try and leave as much stuff as you can at home or in your car— but for the stuff you can't leave behind, we will have a secure place to check in your gear. Check in is $5/bag .
WHAT TO WEAR
We said "adventure" right? Well folks let's get adventurous! There’s no dress code, per se, but you’ll be running in mud and water, climbing hills and mountains, crawling under barbed wire and jumping fire. So choose wisely my friends.
For starters, yes, you will be getting your badge of honor, the one-of-a-kind, bragging rights of your badass finishers medal. You’ll also get a quality race t-shirt (yes, more bragging rights) and shortly after the event, you’ll get your own professional photo and video to prove your badassness.
Event day photos will be posted on the event page 5-7 days after the event, FREE OF CHARGE! You don’t have to stay up all night checking the site for this – we’ll email you when your photos are ready!
