退货和换货政策

We'll gladly accept returns and exchanges for any merchandise purchased from the SPARTAN Race, Inc. online store that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag, original packaging, and receipt or packing slip within 45 days of purchase. Items may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a refund*.

*Shipping is non-refundable, and the price of the return label is deducted from the refund amount. Applies to base flat rate standard shipping only.

If an exchange is due to a shipping error or product defect caused by Spartan Race, Inc. then the cost to ship a replacement item will be covered by Spartan Race, Inc. Certain products may have different policies or requirements associated with them or if you are unsure something is a defect you can reach out to customer service at [email protected] to confirm.
