We’ve been flaked out on IVs thanks to our mistakes when it comes to hydration. We were just too focused on racing and training to bother to hydrate. So we took the mess and work out of it, and created Spartan Hydration Tablets.

Stopwatches. Alarms. Sticky powder. Fistfuls of pills. Staying hydrated while racing and training (and even at rest) is a massive PITA. Our impatience with drink mixes and salt tablets led to this slow-release electrolyte tablet which you simply swallow then forget for 4-6 hours. All you need then are water top-ups, leaving you alone to keep moving.
Sustained release, minimal required dose hydration.
Simply take 1 to 3 tablets 30 minutes prior to exercise or a long day. Electrolytes get released over the next 4 to 6 hours into your bloodstream, and the tablets won’t cause nausea. Keep drinking water to transport those electrolytes into your cells. No more fumbling with powders, choking down sugar-loaded sports drinks, or redosing with salt tabs every 30 minutes.

I have frequently had problems with dehydration and nausea in longer races (despite drinking plenty of fluid). I believe I have discovered the problem is salt related and the Spartan hydration packets do a nice job helping the fluids I am drinking to digest. I ended up taking three tablets (the contents of one packet) before I started the race and every three hours after, up through the 12th hour. Thanks for a great product.
I constantly battle leg cramps...Contrary to belief, you need more than just Sodium to prevent Leg/Calf Cramps...these have 3 Highly Important elements...Magnesium, Potassium, and Sodium/salt, as well as other key ingredients. I have not yet been able to use them on the course because of the COVID, then have worked exceptionally in training though......They are Time Released, which I like... to give your muscles a steady flow of nutrients throughout your training or when you enter combat on the course(hopefully this will happen in 2020). Directions are well laid out, so can figure out how many you should take...Make sure you drink sufficient liquids when you first take them, and as needed through your training...as you must have ample liquids in your body...The next day I even pop 1 or 2 to help with recovery...Love this product !
