The worst online purchase experience of my life so far.
I keept asking you guys to help me but you guys haven't helped at all.
I was hoping for someone to give me a call or answer my emails in a timely manner and comunicate, give me updates on how you are fixing the issue. But so far just crickets.
I'm new to the spartan experience rhis is my first year and was planning to bring my friends and fans on board on the next locat race, but now I'm just very disappointed. I love the races but you guys gave me a horrible experience when trying to get my results and prepaid photos. I didn't get them until 10 days after the race.
I never received any items, the tracking number says it went back to you and you have the fucking nerve to tell me that the item was delivered and ask me how was my experience.
It sucked, you guys suck. What a fucking joke.
I really hope I get a call or email from a real person that is willing to fix this problem. I haven't received my items.
