Spartan Race is not just an event; it’s a way of life. It’s also the solution to the chaos of modern-day life, a catalyst to simplify the way you train, eat, think, and live.

Most beginners start with the shortest race, the Spartan Sprint. It’s only 3 miles, but we guarantee you’ll be a different person when you cross the finish line. More adventurous and more experienced racers can try the Spartan Super or Beast, which range from 8 to 14 miles and have nearly three dozen obstacles.

Obstacles in all our races include everything from crawling under barbwire to carrying heavy things to climbing ropes and walls. Plus, we always have a few surprises. Is it easy? Of course not. Nothing worth achieving ever is. But trust us: If you can clear the obstacles on the course, you’ll be better prepared to overcome any obstacle in life too.
