Distance: Over 10-12 miles, fastest time should be around 180 minutes.
Start Times: Starting at 8am, waves of 200 athletes will be released every 15 minutes across 5 groups (Elite, Confirmed, Morning, Afternoon, Late Afternoon). YOUR exact start time in the group you registered for will be posted here a few days prior to event date.
Parking: $10 per car. $20 for large passenger vans. $50 for buses. CASH ONLY. We will be providing shuttles to take all racers to and from the race venue. Please arrive at least 2 hours prior to your start time to allow for sufficient travel time to venue. Estimated shuttle time is 40 minutes to the race site, so please arrive early.
Spectators: $25 online. $30 onsite (CASH ONLY).
Kids Race: Available. Heats starting at 12pm. $25 online. $20 onsite (CASH ONLY).
Waivers and IDs
Everyone coming to the race MUST sign a waiver (yes, even spectators!) and show a valid photo ID. Be sure to bring a copy of the waiver signed by you to the race and hand to one of our awesome volunteers in the registration tent. We try to have copies of waivers available, but save some time and print it here before race day to bring with you.
You should’ve received an email that tells you how to get your race start times. Athlete start times are available starting one week prior to the race and can be found here. Make a note of this time as it tells you what heat you are running in on race day.
Bib Pick Up
Bib numbers are available one week prior to the race and can be found here. On race day, make sure you know your bib number as this will be used to locate your bib packet (which will include your headband, bib, timing chip and most importantly, FREE drink ticket!
You need to arrive 1.5 hours BEFORE your adventure starts to allow enough time to get registered, scope out the mud, and soak in the awesome atmosphere. If you are one of those chronically late people, tell yourself you need to be there 2 hours early. If you’re an early bird, registration opens at 6:30am both days.
What to Bring
First off bring your friends and family—or anyone else who needs proof of your badassness and obstacle course skills or someone who needs a demonstration of your mud flinging abilities. Don't forget your money for parking and fun! You should probably bring a towel and some extra clothes because your clothes will get muddy and wet, but you probably already guessed this.
Also, please bring your signed and printed waiver and photo ID to bib pickup! We cannot release bibs without a signed waiver for each participant. (If you've lost your waiver, you can download a new one here or pick one up on race day at the registration tent.)
NOTE: Outside food and drink WILL NOT be allowed into the venue, so make sure to leave it at home or in your car!
Gear Check In
Try and leave as much stuff as you can at home or in your car— but for the stuff you can't leave behind, or that you don't want covered in mud and water, we will have a secure place to check in your gear. Check in is $5/bag – you will get a wrist band to wear that matches the band we put on your bag so make sure you keep that safe.
What to Wear
We said "adventure" right? Well folks let's get adventurous! There’s no dress code, per se, but you’ll be running in mud and water, climbing hills and mountains, crawling under barbed wire and jumping fire. So choose wisely my friends.
What do I Get?
For starters, yes, you will be getting your badge of honor, the one-of-a-kind, bragging rights of your badass finishers medal (if you want to really bling it out, have it personalized using our partner site, iTab – they can get this all set for you. You’ll also get a quality race t-shirt (yes, more bragging rights) and shortly after the event, you’ll get your own professional photo and video to prove your badassness (see Photos and Videos section for more on that).
It's only fun if you do it in style and with a group and yes we're talking about parking. So carpool if you can. Parking is $10 per vehicle CASH ONLY. Everyone, even spectators, will need to pay to park.

Photos and Videos
Professional event day photos will be posted on the event page 5-7 days after the event, FREE OF CHARGE! We don’t stop there – we are proud of your accomplishment, too, so you will also receive an online video with some additional proof, also free of charge. You don’t have to stay up all night checking the site for this – we’ll email you when both photos and videos are ready!
Depending on how many racers we have, we try to accommodate date and/or time transfers. For Saturday, July 13th, we are completely sold out so transfers are not an option. If you have questions about a scenario unique to you, please visit our Contact Us page to touch base.

Jr. Spartan | 0.5 miles Varsity Spartan | 1 mile
Spartan Race is not only limited to adult fun! Bring the kids ages 4-13 who can participate in their very own Jr. Spartan race. They will enjoy the thrill of the run, a variety of scaled down obstacles and their own mini festival area filled with games and children's challenges! Our mission is to inspire children to develop a love for fitness at an early age.
Proceeds from Kid's Racing go to Kids Fit Foundation. As a leader in the movement to help children learn life-long health and fitness habits, the Kids Fit Foundation strives to raise awareness and develop programs that educate, empower and inspire kids to become and stay fit. *Spartan Kids heats go off between 12pm and 1pm.
Strength comes in numbers! Become part of a team to help yourself and others get through the event, save money, and support our troops.
How does it work?
Create a team or join a team! The more people on a team, the more money everyone will get back in their pocket! Each team member will receive a discount, refunded to the method of payment used, a few days prior to race day. The discount escalates as the team size increases, so get more friends to join your team and everyone saves more money!
How many people are needed to make a team?
Teams are unlimited with a minimum of four people! Team members are timed individually and are not required to cross the finish line together.
Which team takes home the prizes?
The fastest 4 times of the team will be used to calculate the team's finishing time. Prizes will be awarded to the team who finishes on top!
There is no Hurricane Heat available for this race.
Want a front row seat to all the Spartan action? All volunteers will get a free race, free lunch and drinks, free parking, free festival entry, and a volunteer T-shirt! You can choose to volunteer for a half day or even a full day. Without volunteers, Spartan Race cannot put on such spectacular events! We need you!
