Las Vegas Super

Welcome to Lost Mine Mountain. Sin City is hosting an 8+ mile Super, and it’s going to be electric. This race includes over 20 signature Spartan obstacles including fire, mud, water, and barbed wire. In the Spartan spirit, the rest of the obstacles will be disclosed as you approach them, at full speed, on race day. These towering, rocky Nevada Mountains are a challenging way to earn your Spartan Super medal. Throw yourself into the shadows of the mountains and emerge at the finish line.

TEAM REGISTRATION

The best way to ensure that you are starting at the exact same start time as your friends is to create a Team during registration (or have your friends Join your team!).

Any racers that are registered as part of a team, on the SAME DAY in the SAME TIME BLOCK (Elite vs. Morning vs. Afternoon), will be moved to the common team start time in each block when start times and bib numbers are assigned (about 10 days prior to the event). Racers that are registered for Sunday will not be moved to Saturday with a team, or vice versa.

Team times are NOT determined by the captains start time. Team members will be grouped together within each block (Elite, Morning OR Afternoon), based on the preferred time that the majority of team members in that block choose.

Racers that are registered for Elite or Morning start times will NOT be grouped with racers in the Afternoon start times or vice versa.

For more detailed team information please see 2015: Team Registration and Start Times.

HURRICANE HEAT

Friday evening @ 6:00pm sharp.

Show up early to run with the Spartan Staff in a whole new way!

Typically lasting 3-4 hours, the Hurricane Heat is a unique event, traversing on and off the Spartan Race Course. Hurricane Heat Participants will be assigned a team upon arrival and will be expected to work together to complete any and all challenges set before them, as a team.  You can't finish alone.

Dominate the course like the good founders intended.  There are no chips, no clock, just a fun run Spartan-style that represents what our company and our athletes are about…getting up when you’re knocked down and finishing what you start. And Burpees, lots of burpees.

Remember: You don’t want to be late. Plan to bring head lamps and glow sticks (required).

Successful finishers earn Hurricane Heat dog tags, a finisher shirt, entry into a closed networking group, and the chance to build relationships that will last well beyond the finish line.

For more information about the Hurricane Heat, check out: What is a Hurricane Heat?

12 HOUR HURRICANE HEAT

HH12HR is a unique individual and team-building experience designed to test each athlete's physical and mental toughness. HH12HR will take place on Saturday April 18th.

The HH12HR finds a balance between team building and individualism. By utilizing tactics similar to those of the Special Operations groups of various Military Branches the most qualified Spartans will be selected. Those who are selected and are capable of getting their squadron across the elusive finish will have earned their place among the few. Only 40% of those who sign up for an HH12HR finish, will you be one of them?

Click on the REGISTER button above to register.
