Miami Sprint Weekend

Miami has earned quite the reputation -- known for beautiful beaches, crystal clear water, and vibrant nightlife, this spot has a lot of offer. Now you can add Spartan racing to the list of reasons to visit Miami. This Spartan Sprint (3-5 miles) will take place at Vista View Park, boasting 272 acres of green rolling hills, meadows, and streams that promise to offer the kind of challenge ambitious Spartans seek. There will certainly be no shortage of obstacles -- located on a picturesque course. Spectators and racers will enjoy Miami like never before. TOP REASONS TO TAKE ON THIS COURSE: 1. Spartan Race + Miami combines to form an experience of a lifetime. Completing a race with a Miami skyline for the backdrop is simply unmatched. 2. Did we mention this venue is made up of 272 acres? Acre after acre, we promise to push you to your physical limits each and every step of the way. 3. Vista View Park has many other activities suitable for the whole family. Some of its other offerings include an equestrian corral, paragliding, playgrounds, camping, fishing docks, and more. 4. Another fun side-trip you may want to check out is the nearby Flamingo Gardens. This family-friendly botanical garden and wildlife sanctuary has a museum, shows, tram tours, a cafe and, of course, flamingos. 5. Check out the Wynwood Brewing Company: Miami’s first craft production brewery. Located in the heart of Wynwood Art District, this gem features its own tap room. 6. If your Miami trip is adults-only, you’ll be happy to find that Miami offers a nightlife scene with all options of clubs and lounges. Rally it up with your crew after the race and enjoy this lively city.

TEAM REGISTRATION

The best way to ensure that you are starting at the exact same start time as your friends is to create a Team during registration (or have your friends Join your team!).

Any racers that are registered as part of a team, on the SAME DAY in the SAME TIME BLOCK (Elite vs. Morning vs. Afternoon), will be moved to the common team start time in each block when start times and bib numbers are assigned (about 10 days prior to the event). Racers that are registered for Sunday will not be moved to Saturday with a team, or vice versa.

Team times are NOT determined by the captains start time. Team members will be grouped together within each block (Elite, Morning OR Afternoon), based on the preferred time that the majority of team members in that block choose.

Racers that are registered for Elite or Morning start times will NOT be grouped with racers in the Afternoon start times or vice versa.
