Why Lunges? Because life will sometimes force us to our knees, and it is up to us to find the strength and courage to stand up again. We do this not only for ourselves, but because you never know who you might inspire to do the same. This is just a small way those affected by domestic violence and youth homelessness know that they are not alone.
