Anyone over 13 years of age and in good health can participate. Challengers who are of 14 to 18 years of age, however, have to submit a parental consent form, which can be received from the Spartan Race office.
Registrations can only be finalized by the person wishing to race and transfers will not be accepted. If a transfer will become apparent, the registered ticket will be nullified without refund.
Signed waiver and release forms will be required for participation in the race. Racers will be sent a form to sign along with the race package. The signed form will be checked and collected upon entry to the race.
Spartan Race recommends a thorough healthy check-up prior to the race as well as a routine fitness regimen to maximize the race experience. Though basic medical provisions are provided at the event, please note that individual insurance is not provided. Spartan Race is not liable for any compensation outside of emergency treatment for accidents on account of individual mistakes or negligence of personal health conditions. Please train smart and ensure that you properly warm up before the race begins.
Medical assistance is available in the start/finish area and various spots throughout the course for minor health issues. Ambulances will be available in the event of an emergency and will be located throughout the Festival area and course.

Spartan Race collects information and permission from racers to provide a better and more relevant overall experience. Partnered organizations also make the experience what it is and include: adidas Group Korea, Reebok Korea, Daily Web, Chrono Chip, Pill Post, World21HQ, etc. As a part of preserving the quality of the experience, this information will also used to take legal actions against anyone that
- Purposefully and repeatedly ignores safety measures in place to protect all racers
- Shows intention of causing harm to others.
- Displays behavior goes against public morals.
Our racer’s personal information will not be used for profit in any other context or with any outside organization.

* Availability T-shirts size can be limited based on demand and will be offered on a first-come first-served basis.
* T-shirt size cannot be modified after submitting the registration application. T-shirt exchange may be available on race day based on the remaining quantity of shirts, but no guarantee can be made. Please ensure you look through the sizes carefully when choosing your size.
The race packet includes race T-shirt, a numbered headband, wristband, bib, and timing chip.
Headbands, wristbands, and timing chip are a requirement for entry into the race as well as receiving a race record. Bibs are included as a souvenir and it is not a requirement for entry.
*Extra protection, such as knee socks or tights, is recommended for minor scratches that may occur due to the nature of the race. This is not a requirement, however.
Bag check will be provided for racers. For retrieval, please show your baggage check wrist band that will be issued upon check-in.
* Valuables that are of a fragile nature have a likelihood of being damaged in the process and recommend that it not be stored in the depository. If such item is discovered upon checking, the item can be turned away from storage.
We recommend showing up to the race at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled start time for checking in getting ready to race. Racers should come to start line 20 minutes prior to their start time to for instructions.
* Records will not be provided for those that break away from your assigned start group.
Spectators will be granted free entry to the event to experience the Festival area, but a signed waiver and release will be required. (Please note, however, that some activities in the Festival area can be limited based on required credentials)
