Start Times

Starting at 8am, waves of 250 athletes will be released every 30 minutes across 2 groups (Elite and Open). Heats of up to 250 people will leave at the following times: 8am Elite Heat, the Open Heats are from 8:30am onwards.

Team Codes

Please contact customer service to set up a discount team code to register. It can only be used at the time of registration, for more information check out our FAQ on teams.

- Free to transfer from Elite/Competitive to Open heat

Racer and event transfers are not permitted on Race Day.

All Ages (14+ years to race the adult race). Adult must sign a waiver onsite for racers under the age of 18 years old.

Please don't park on local neighbourhood roads. This applies to everyone (spectators, racers, King Leonidas, etc.). There will be ticketing and towing in place in the local residential areas adjacent the race venue so please respect them and do not park in this area as it will cost you.


Your heat time is located at the bottom right of your receipt.


We have medical staff at the race. Their headquarters will be easily marked with First Aid Banner and is near or in the festival area. There will be at least one aid station on course and there will also be water at the finish area. Carry extra hydration and fuel if you think you might need it.


Every competitor receives a medal, Spartan t-shirt, scrapes and bruises, stories, stories and more stories!


The week before the race you will be emailed if there is pre-race package pickup and the location and time specifics. You can also pickup your race package on race day arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your start time.


Coolers or barbeques are not allowed within the main festival area. Spectators are welcome (subject to the same parking fee). No dogs, alcohol, glass bottles or camping on site, this is event location rules.

Strength comes in numbers! Create a team or join a team and run with your friends!

How many people are needed to make a team? Teams are unlimited with a minimum of four people! Team members are timed individually and are not required to cross the finish line together.

A team-based event designed to push racers to greater personal distances, you quickly learn the value and true meaning of having mutual objectives through teamwork. There are no timing chips and no bibs. There is no individual competition. Once immersed in the HH culture, you quickly find your “why” and a renewed sense of purpose for taking on this challenge.

Want a front row seat to all the Spartan action? Purchase a spectator pass! You'll receive entry to the rocking festival area, a festival grounds map, access to some of the obstacles on course, not to mention the epic finish line. Enjoy the music and watch your friends and loved ones slip and slide through the Spartan course in the relative safety and comfort of the Spartan Race festival grounds!

You can volunteer a minimum of 4 hours up to all day. Each volunteer gets a lunch and a t shirt. If you volunteer for 8 hours you also get a free race entry. Upon request we will provide a reference letter. We have many different volunteer roles to choose from. Without volunteers, Spartan Race cannot put on such spectacular events! We need you!
