Warm-up:

Jog slow for 10 minutes 10 burpees

Main Set:

Moderate paced jog/run for 2+ hours with 10 burpees every 10 minutes.

Cool-down:

Jog slow Stretch

Beginner Version: Keep this workout between 1 and 2 hours. Advanced Version: Keep this workout over 3 hours.
