Workout of the Day: Strength Condition 1.0

Warmup

  • 75 jumping jacks or jog 5 to 10 minutes
  • Dynamic warm-up

Main Set

For 4 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible:

  • 3 burpees
  • 6 push-ups (any variation)
  • 9 bodyweight squats
  • 6 box jumps

Rest for 4 minutes and repeat.

Beginner Version: Perform the workout interval x 2

Advanced Version: Perform the workout interval x 6, and then finish with a 2- to 4-mile run.
