Pec Trigger Point Release with Acumobility Ball

< This mobility exercise is awesome for helping with tight and restricted pec muscles as well as neck, as well as shoulder and arm issues.

Technique

Using 1 Acumobility ball on a rack or door frame, lean the pec into the ball.  Then squeeze the ball in your hand as you work the arm through different ranges of motion including: flexion, crossbody, and internal/external rotation.  Do 8 reps on 3 spots in the pec muscle.
