Day 02 – HiLo75 – Trifecta Level

Warm Up

Dynamic warm-up – 3 movements x 2 at 25 yards each.

Main set

60s Isometric Lunge Hold per side + 30 Burpees. 5 sets. Then, 60 minute run.

Cool down

Stretch

TRIFECTA  Required Equipment:  Sandbags, Kettlebells, Dumbbells. Optional: Barbells/Gym membership.
