Day 06 – Lo120 – Trifecta Level “Weakness of attitude becomes weakness of character.” – Albert Einstein Warm-up Dynamic warm-up – 3 movements x 2 at 25 yards each. Main Set 120+ min Endurance effort. Cycle, hike, ruck, jog, kayak. Cool down Stretch TRIFECTA  Required Equipment:  Sandbags, Kettlebells, Dumbbells. Optional: Barbells/Gym membership .
