Burpees + Running

Never underestimate the power of mixing running and burpees. With these two tools you can achieve huge fitness gains.

Warm-up:

Easy jog for 5 minutes

Main set:

Run 30-50 minutes at an easy to moderate pace with 10-30 burpees every 10 minutes.
