Day 31 – S-CKT – Sprint Level

Dynamic warm-up – 3 movements x 2 at 25 yards each.

Main Set

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Rest 30 seconds after completing all three movements. Repeat 3 times. Then Rest 2 minutes and the entire circuit two more times!

Cool down
