Avocado and Goat Cheese Soufflé

- 3 whole eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tbs of soft goat cheese
- Sea salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Beat the eggs in a bowl with the spices.
- Mash the goat cheese with the avocado.
- Grease a bowl that goes into the oven, pour some egg mix in it and place a big tablespoon of the avocado mix in the middle.
- Cook into the oven for 20 minutes at 400F.
