Avocado and Goat Cheese Soufflé

- 3 whole eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 tbs of soft goat cheese
- Sea salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl with the spices.
- Mash the goat cheese with the avocado.
- Grease an oven safe bowl, pour some egg mix in it and place a heaping tablespoon of the avocado mix in the middle.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
