Avocado and Mango Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 mango
  • 50g of lactose free allegro cheese
  • 1 juiced lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of chili paste
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Dice the mango, avocado, tomato and the cheese in small cubes, add the fresh herbs and spices.
  2. Mix the chili paste with the lemon juice, pour onto the salad mix.
  3. Place the salad in serving dish.
