Avocado and Mango Salad

- 2 avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 mango
- 50g of lactose free allegro cheese
- 1 juiced lemon
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- Salt and pepper
- Dice the mango, avocado, tomato and the cheese into small cubes, add add the fresh herbs and spices.
- Mix the chili paste with the lemon juice, and pour onto the salad mix.
- Place the salad in serving dish.
